» View Image Gallery «A huge thank you to Roger, and team of PHX Security for hosting our pre Christmas network party. It was another great turn out, plus lots of new faces joining us.
We all enjoyed the delicious Christmas fayre, including hot roast pork, turkey, mulled wine and mince pies all courtesy of big hearted Roger Jones MD of PHX Security. We were kept well and truly entertained with lots going on, including a FANTSTIC shooting gallery, and as the evening progressed the competition became quite fierce for the much coveted PHX and Bizzi-Bee top gun trophy, great to see Michele Twyford Golf take it for the girls!
You all paid for your supper by digging deep for PHX's chosen charity Caring Hands, and raised close on £600 for this very worth while local cause. The generosity of those of you who donated the prizes was staggering, and showed that Christmas really is a time for giving! With almost 50 prizes on offer many of you went away with an early Christmas present, plus some new business contacts, so not a bad nights work.

We've received lots of emails saying how much you enjoyed your experience, from meeting the occupants of The Ark, to the smashing BBQ and great selection of fellow business people to get to know or catch up with.
We'd also like to thank everyone that donated the lovely prizes and everyone for digging deep and buying lots of raffle tickets to help support The Ark.
We raised quite a bit and we know that Dean the manager, his staff and owners Chris and Andy are extremely grateful for your generosity. Again we didn't manage to capture everyone in the photos....We wonder If some of you were braver than others? The feed back has been really positive, so we're certain it's the first of many great events.
The sun was shining and Twyford golf did us proud, encouraging even non golfers to swing a club... I think we definitely witnessed some very interesting techniques ' Tiger Woods look out'!

Janice of Tappers Pershore (gorgeous shoes), did a sterling job on the barbie the local produce was cooked to perfection ! Washed down with some very nice local cider and a few glasses of wine, topped off with the free prize draw of lots of golf and non golf prizes, and a very big helping of bonhomie it really was a smashing evening. The cherry on top is that a few of you tell us business was done, what more could you wish.
For those of you that didn't make it, never mind, we're busy thinking about the next one, Twyford golf will be a hard act to follow, but I don't think we'll disappoint! Look out for your invite and make sure you put it in your diary.
